Using CleaningQuoteApp

CleaningQuoteApp is a free tool for creating, downloading, and sharing cleaning quotes. You can use it without an account. By using it you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Your quotes are yours

• You are responsible for everything in your quotes, including prices, taxes, terms, and the services you promise.
• Smart quotes and voice input are suggestions. They organise what you tell them and never set prices for you. Always check a quote before sending it.
• A quote created here is an offer between you and your customer. CleaningQuoteApp isn't a party to it.
• Only add customer details you're allowed to use, and only for quoting and doing the work.

Acceptable use

Please don't use CleaningQuoteApp to:

• send spam, or misleading or fraudulent quotes;
• upload anything unlawful, or content you don't have the right to use (including logos);
• try to access other people's quotes or accounts, overload the service, or get around its limits or security.

We may remove content or stop access that breaks these rules.

Sharing links

Anyone with a quote's customer link can view it, so only send it to the right person. Keep your private edit link to yourself. Quotes shared without an account are deleted after 30 days.

Availability and changes

We work to keep CleaningQuoteApp available and accurate, but it's provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted service. Features may change. Smart quotes have fair-use daily limits. Keep your own copy (for example the PDF) of quotes that matter to your business.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for losses from prices or terms in quotes you send. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Ending use

You can stop using CleaningQuoteApp at any time and delete your account from Account settings.

Changes to these terms

If we make significant changes we'll update the date above and tell account holders by email.
