Who this policy covers
This policy explains how CleaningQuoteApp ("we") handles information when you use cleaningquoteapp.com to create, download, and share cleaning quotes, with or without an account.
When you put your customers' details on a quote, you decide what to include and why. We store and show those details only to create and deliver that quote for you, on your behalf.
What we collect

Cookies and browser storage
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We use:
- a sign-in cookie, if you have an account;
- a cookie that lets this browser keep editing quotes you shared without an account;
- your browser's local storage, for your unfinished quote, your business details for next time, and a random analytics ID.
Bot protection by Cloudflare Turnstile may run a short check in your browser when you use features that can be abused (smart quotes, sharing without an account, and feedback).
Who processes data for us
We use these providers to run the service. They may process data in the United States and other countries:
- Railway (application hosting)
- Neon (database)
- OpenAI (smart quote generation and voice-to-text). We ask OpenAI not to store these requests; it may keep them briefly for abuse monitoring under its API data policies.
- Resend (sign-in and notification emails)
- Cloudflare (domain, bot protection, and logo storage)
- Google (only if you choose to sign in with Google)
We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
Your choices and rights
- Delete any shared quote from its private edit link or from your account. The customer link stops working immediately.
- Delete your account from Account settings. This permanently removes your quotes, customers, prices, and business details.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, or for corrections or deletion, using [email protected].
Depending on where you live (for example the UK, the EU, Australia, or US states such as California), you may have further rights under local privacy law. We'll respond to requests within the time the law requires.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Quote links are long random codes, private links are stored only in hashed form, customer quote pages are hidden from search engines, and links can be stopped at any time.
Children
CleaningQuoteApp is a tool for businesses and isn't intended for children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and tell account holders by email about significant changes. See also our terms of use.
